SUP FIT with Danielle

SUP FIT is Paddle Hampton’s new-featured fitness class. Taught entirely on the paddle board, we implement body weight exercises like planks, sit-ups, burpees, prone paddles and even plyo jumps!  Taking exercise outdoors and doing sprints and squats on the beach, makes this unique SUP FIT class like no other. Are you ready to get an amazing core conditioning workout and have fun at the same time?
